The Silent Struggle of a Good Man: A Story of Love, Betrayal, and Mental Health:- (With a Beginning and End of A Life).

The Silent Struggle of a Good Man: A Story of Love, Betrayal, and Mental Health:- (With a Beginning and End of A Life).

Johnson was a 43-year-old man who worked as a construction foreman in a small town. Known for his hard work and dedication, Johnson was respected by his colleagues and loved by his friends. He lived with his wife, Linda, and their teenage daughter, Emma.  On the surface, Johnson's life seemed stable and fulfilling, but underneath, he was fighting a battle that no one could see.

The Hidden Battle

For years, Johnson had struggled with anxiety and depression. The physical demands of his job, combined with the stress of providing for his family, weighed heavily on him. He often felt overwhelmed but believed that as the man of the house, he needed to be strong and keep his feelings to himself. The societal expectation that men should not show vulnerability made it difficult for him to open up about his struggles.

Johnson's mental health issues began to worsen, manifesting in sleepless nights, a lack of appetite, and a pervasive sense of hopelessness. Despite these signs, he continued to push through his daily routines, putting on a brave face for his family and colleagues.

Betrayal and Disrespect

Johnson's world was further shattered when he discovered that Linda had been unfaithful. He found out about her affair through a mutual

friend who had seen her with another man. Confronting Linda, Johnson was met with a barrage of excuses and blame. She accused him of being emotionally distant and not providing her with the attention she needed.

The betrayal and subsequent disrespect from Linda were devastating. Johnson felt humiliated and betrayed, struggling to understand why the woman he loved would hurt him so deeply. The emotional abuse he suffered from her constant belittling and manipulation only intensified his feelings of worthlessness and despair.

Brainwashing the Children

Adding to his torment, Linda began to manipulate their daughter, Emma, and their younger son, Michael, against him. She painted Johnson as a deadbeat dad, claiming he was to blame for all their family problems. She told the children that their father didn't care about them and was the reason for her unhappiness.

Emma and Michael, already confused and hurt by the tension at home, began to distance themselves from Johnson. He noticed their

coldness and reluctance to spend time with him, which broke his heart even further. The once warm and loving relationships he had with his children were replaced with hostility and mistrust, all due to Linda's manipulative lies.

Cry for Help

Despite the turmoil at home, Jacob continued to go to work, burying himself in his job as a way to escape his pain. However, the weight of his depression, the betrayal he had endured, and the alienation from his children became too much to bear. He felt isolated and trapped, unable to see a way out of his suffering.

One evening, after a particularly difficult day at work, Johnson sat alone in the living room, contemplating his life. The sense of hopelessness overwhelmed him, and he felt there was no escape from his pain. In a moment of desperation, he wrote a letter to Linda, Emma, and Michael, apologizing for not being strong enough to continue.

The Tragic End

The next morning, Linda found Johnson in the garage, where he had taken his own life. The shock and grief that followed were indescribable. Linda, despite her actions, was devastated, and Emma and Michael were left heartbroken, struggling to understand why their father had taken such a drastic step.

Johnson's death sent shockwaves through the community. His friends and colleagues were stunned, unable to comprehend how someone they saw as strong and resilient could be suffering so deeply. The realization that Johnson had been fighting a silent battle with his mental health left everyone questioning how they could have missed the signs.

Raising Awareness

In the aftermath of Johnson's death, his friends and family decided to honour his memory by raising awareness about mental health, particularly the struggles men face. They started a community organization named

"Johnson's Voice," is dedicated to providing support and resources for men dealing with mental health issues. The organization aimed to break the stigma around seeking help and encouraged open conversations about mental health.

A Community of Support

Johnson's colleagues at the construction company also took action. They implemented mental health programs, providing access to counselling services and creating support groups where employees could share their experiences. The company fostered a culture that prioritized mental well-being, encouraging employees to take mental health days and promoting open conversations about mental health.

Through these efforts, many men who had been silently suffering found the courage to seek help. They shared their stories, supporting one another and breaking down the barriers that had once prevented them from reaching out.

A Lasting Legacy

Johnson's death was a profound loss, but his story became a catalyst for change. The awareness raised in his memory helped countless men realize that they were not alone in their struggles and that seeking help was a sign of strength, not weakness.

This June, as we observe Men's Mental Health Month, let Johnson's story serve as a powerful reminder of the importance of mental health

awareness and support. We must continue to encourage open conversations, provide resources, and create environments where men feel empowered to seek help. By doing so, we can honour Johnson's memory and ensure that no one else has to suffer in silence.

Conclusion

Johnson's story is a heartbreaking reminder of the silent struggles many men face. It underscores the urgent need to break the stigma surrounding mental health and to support those who are struggling. Let us commit to fostering a culture of understanding, compassion, and openness, where every man feels valued and supported in his journey towards mental wellness.

In The End, Always Listen to Both Sides of the Story...

Prayer in time of Trial

 Prayer in time of trial

Oh, Master! I come to your feet to tell you all. I have buried my dead. I have lost what can never be restored to me in this world. I have come from the grave with half myself buried there. I have come back to a life with all its meaning gone from it—a life without joy, interest, anything to which my soul responds—a dreary waste stretching before me that I must cross alone. Where shall I turn for courage and for strength? Where but to you, to whom the disciples of John turned in their desolation? Open to me your arms and your heart. Listen to me tenderly whilst I tell you all my trouble. Speak to my soul and calm and strengthen it. Make up to me for what you have taken away. And if you ask me what compensation I desire, I answer: “None other than thyself, O Lord.”

Amen...

My Crucified Jesus, help me to crucify myself.

Lord, teach me how to pray and pray always.

Jesus, thou saint of saints, make me a saint.

Blessed be God for all things.

My loving Jesus, within my heart, unite my heart to thee.

Heart of Jesus, give me your zeal for souls.

My God, thou art omnipotent, make me a saint.

My Jesus, help me now to work for you, to slave for you, to fight for you, and then to die for you!

O Jesus, I am so weak, help me to give you all and to do it now.

Amen...

Deep Scrub with the Precious Blood and the Fire of the Holy Spirit

Deep Scrub with the Precious Blood and the Fire of the Holy Spirit

Heavenly Father, I ask that you pour out the Most Precious Blood of our Lord Jesus right now upon me. I ask that the Most Precious Blood would flood my memory, imagination, emotions, common sense power and cogitative power. I ask that these parts be completely flooded with the Most Precious Blood.  In the Most Holy Name of Jesus and through the power of the Most Precious Blood, I bind any and all evil spirits that may have attached to these parts or oppress them in any way, and in the name of Jesus command you to leave me now and go straight to the foot of the cross. I again ask you Lord to flood these parts with the Most Precious Blood and this time in the Name of Jesus and with the power of the Most Precious Blood, destroy any structures in these parts established by evil spirits. By your power Jesus, destroy these structures individually and separately and dissolve them in Your Most Precious Blood. Send upon me Heavenly Father, the Fire of the Holy Spirit to go through my memory, imagination, emotions, common sense power and cogitative power. I ask that the Fire of the Holy Spirit bring healing to these parts, to purify them, sanctify them and connect them to You, my Lord Jesus.

I now ask the Most Precious Blood of our Lord Jesus to go to my heart.  I ask you to completely flood my heart now with the Most Precious Blood.  If any evil spirits have attached themselves to my heart or oppressed it anyway, in the Most Holy Name of Jesus, I bind you now and command you to leave me now and go directly to the foot of the cross for My Lord to do with as He wills.  I again ask you to flood my heart with the Most Precious Blood and this time to destroy any structures established by evil spirits in my heart.  Destroy them individually and separately and dissolve them in the Most Precious Blood.  I call upon the Fire of the Holy Spirit to go into my heart and I ask the fire of the Holy Spirit to bring healing to my heart, to purify it, sanctify it and connect it with the Sacred Heart of Jesus.

I now ask in the Most Holy Name of Jesus, for the Most Precious Blood to go through each of my five senses, both interior and exterior senses of sight, hearing, smell, touch and taste. Lord, completely flood my senses with the Most Precious Blood. In the Most Holy Name of Jesus, I bind any evil spirits that may have attached or oppressed the senses in any way and through the power of the Most Precious Blood and Holy Name of Jesus I command you to leave me now and go directly to the foot of the cross. I ask again that you flood my senses with the Most Precious Blood and this time destroy any and all structures established by demons in my senses. Destroy these structures individually and separately and dissolve them in the Most Precious Blood.  I now call upon the Fire of the Holy Spirit to go through my senses right now. And I ask that the Fire of the Holy Spirit to heal my senses, purify them, sanctify them and connect them with our Lord Jesus.

I ask Father that you give me the mind of Jesus and his heart. Give me the eyes of our Lord, the ears, the nose, the mouth and tongue, the hands and feet of our Lord. Configure me to the Sacred Heart of your Son Jesus.

I now ask that the Most Precious Blood of Our Lord Jesus go through my entire nervous system.  I ask that it go from the front of my brain to the back of the brain, down my spine and out to every nerve of my body. I completely flood the nervous system again, and again and again. In the Most Holy Name of Jesus and through the power of His Most Precious Blood I bind any evil sprits who may be attached to my nervous system or oppress it in any way. I command you to leave me now and go straight to the foot of the Cross. I again ask that you flood my entire nervous system with the Most Precious Blood and this time destroy any structures established by evil spirits to use against me. Lord, destroy these structures collectively and individually and dissolve them with the Most Precious Blood.  In the Holy Name of Jesus, I call upon the Fire of the Holy Spirit right now to go through my nervous system, from the front of the brain to the back of the brain down my spine and out of every nerve of my body. I ask that the Fire of the Holy Spirit heal my nervous system, purify it, sanctify it, and connect it to Our Lord Jesus.

I now ask that the Most Precious Blood of Our Lord Jesus go through every organ and system of my body, from the top of my head down to the soles of my feet.  I ask that it go through my respiratory system, circulatory system, digestive system, lymphatic system, autoimmune system, endocrine system, reproductive system, and skeletal system, through every muscle and fibre of my being.  I ask you Lord to flood them again, and again and again. In the Most Holy Name of Jesus and through the power of His Most Precious Blood, I bind any evil spirits that may be attached or oppress any organ or system of my body and I command you now, in Jesus' name to leave now and go to the foot of the Cross.  Again, flood every system and organ of my body and this time destroy any structures established by evil spirits to use against me, destroy them individually and separately and dissolve them in the Precious Blood of our Lord Jesus. I now ask that the Fire of the Holy Spirit come upon me now and go through every organ and system of my body, from the top of my head to the soles of my feet.  I ask that the Fire of the Holy Spirit bring healing to these parts, that it would purify them, sanctify them and connect them with our Lord Jesus.

Father, I ask that you stir up and deepen the gifts that were given to me at my Baptism, the gifts of faith, hope and charity.  I ask that you deepen the gifts given at confirmation: wisdom, understanding, counsel, fortitude, knowledge, piety and fear of the Lord. (I ask that you deepen any gifts given on my wedding day/ profession day/ ordination day.)  I ask that any gifts that you have given for the building up of the Church be deepened and that any latent gifts would be activated.  I ask that our Lady spread her mantle of protection over me and that St. Joseph and St. Dominic would provide for me and protect me.

May the peace and blessing of Almighty God, + Father, + Son and + Holy Spirit come upon me and remain with me forever. Amen.

Word for today: Verse: Psalm 27:13 ‘I would have despaired had I not believed that I would see the goodness of the LORD in the land of the living.’

 Word for today:

Verse:   Psalm 27:13

‘I would have despaired had I not believed that I would see the goodness of the LORD in the land of the living.’

- Holding on to the Lord gives us a reason not to lose hope.

- Life can give us reason to despair, but God gives us reason to believe.

- You can live with the confidence that you will see His goodness.

- Keep on believing, don’t get discouraged, the Lord is not finished with you yet.

PRAYER: Lord, how awesome it is to believe that I will see Your goodness in this life. I choose to have my trust and my confidence in You. You are my sure foundation and You will hold me and help me until I see the goodness I am trusting You for. Amen.

Have a great weekend.

Kind Regards

The Solemnity of the Sacred Heart of Jesus.

“If I cannot see the brilliance of your Face or hear your sweet voice, O my God, I can live by your grace, I can rest on your Sacred Heart!”

– St. Thérèse of Lisieux

Dear All,

Today the Church celebrates the Solemnity of the Sacred Heart of Jesus.

In 1675, Jesus told St. Margaret Mary that He wanted the Feast of the Sacred Heart to be celebrated on the Friday after the Corpus Christi octave. In 1856, the Feast of the Sacred Heart became a universal feast. St. John Paul II, a great devotee of the Sacred Heart, said, “This feast reminds us of the mystery of the love of God for the people of all times.”

May God bless you All!

In Christ
