My Dear Readers,
On this solemn day of remembrance,
When the world once watched our Lord was crucified on the Cross,
We are reminded of the sacred power of silence, sacrifice, and hope.
This is not just a day of mourning,
It is a day when we remember that from the deepest sorrow,
comes the promise of resurrection.
To every heart across the earth,
Every nation torn by conflict,
Every soul weary from division,
We say this:
Let us pause.
Let us bow.
Let us remember that peace begins when we pray together,
even from different faiths, tongues, and lands.
Let our prayers rise not as whispers of fear,
But as declarations of unity.
Let our voices echo not with anger,
But with the desire to heal,
to forgive,
to love again.
This Good Friday,
let the blood shed on Calvary remind us
that violence is never the final word.
Peace is.
And peace begins with us.
Wherever you are,
Whoever you are,
Join us.
Light a candle.
Say a prayer.
Embrace your neighbour.
And together, may we become the peace this world so desperately needs.
Amen.
God Bless Us All…
